19th Century French painting of the Tour Philippe-le-Bel 13¾" x 17"

This superb oil on canvas dates from the late nineteenth-century and is attributed to the artist Anselme. The urban landscape is of the famous Tour Philippe-le-Bel on the Rhone River. The frame is gilt stucco and also dates from the late nineteenth-century. A second similar painting of the Palais-des-Papes is also available.
