1950s Louis XV-style Provençal walnut salt box 19¼"

This charming 1950s copy of a Louis XV-style walnut salt box comes from the French region of Provence. The top flap opens and the interior was used to store salt. There is a small drawer at the base and lovely carved wood floral decorations in a typical Provençal style decorating the piece. A wonderful addition to your kitchen to add a touch of French country life to your home.
