18th-century French marble mortar w/ wooden pestle - medium

Dating from the late eighteenth or early nineteenth century, a classic, large French kitchen mortar made from weighty marble. The mortar includes an antique wooden pestle. The four ear handles show rough, textured signs of wear over time. This would make a lovely display in a kitchen to add a touch of rustic antique French charm. Note wear as seen in photos.
