This exquisite extract from 1739 issued by the Parliament of Provence, is announcement to say that the food market will change it's location and day of trade (from a Monday to a Tuesday).
Note the spelling of Monday and Tuesday, "Lundy" and "Mardy" - nowadays, the 'y' is an 'I'. Note also the cutout on the back of the frame showing the official stamp and watermark. Framed behind glass in a burlwood frame.
