When it comes to table linen, Patricia explains, 'White is pure and adds elegance to everything. I do use some green and ochre, but nothing too wacky unless it's for a picnic!' This set of 11 antique white linen napkins dates from the early twentieth century.

Patricia found them at a Sunday brocante. Note that some have subtle spots, while others are striped. Regarding their condition— one has a hole from decades of use. They have been freshly laundered and are ready for use.
